Growplan secures the legal and appropriate process of protection and confidentiality of Personal Data they receive, among others and, in order to avoid all non-authorized access to these data, as well as the equipment used for their processing or filing.

The distribution of your personal data within the framework of the submission of CV for finding a job position at Growplan, takes place self-evidently and willingly, as there would be no other way possible to evaluate the possibility of your hiring.
Growplan guarantees that your personal data shall not be used for other purposes, beyond these that are mentioned in this policy, without your previous information and, where is needed, your approval. Growplan does not share personal data with third parties that are not connected to it.
 
TIME PERIOD FOR THE STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
 
Growplan is committed to keep your CV in a safe space with controlled access up to 6 months upon its submission. You may request that your personal data be deleted within a shorter time period, which shall be handled by Growplan as well.
 
PERSONAL DATA NOTIFICATION
 
Growplan may notify your personal details to certain persons of Growplan, persons required for the selection of candidate employees process.
In any case, Growplan takes all measures necessary, so that it may secure that all information about personal data that are transferred, receive an acceptable level of protection.
 
DATA SECURITY AND INTEGRITY
 
Growplan applies reasonable policies and processes of technical and organizational security in order to protect personal data and information from loss, misuse, change or disaster.
Furthermore, it tries to secure that the access to your personal data is restricted only to those that are needed to know about these. People that have access to these data, are obligated to keep these data confidential.
 
PERSONAL DATA RIGHTS
 
At any time, if you wish, you have the right to access, correction and deletion of your personal data and the right to restriction and the right to objection for their processing. For the exercise of all your aforementioned rights, you may submit a respective request to the e-mail address hr@growplan.gr
In case of exercising one of the aforementioned rights of yours, Growplan shall receive all measures possible for the satisfaction of your request within one month of its receipt, notifying you in writing for the satisfaction of your request or for the reasons that prevent the satisfaction of one or more of these, as well as for the reasons of any possible delay for a time period of more than one month. Also, Growplan shall inform you on further rights in case of a late response on their side. This notification is originally provided for free from Growplan without prejudice to the fact that the request for notification and information will not be exercised repeatedly, exceedingly and/or be obviously unjustified.
For those personal data that are collected by Growplan and your consent is required, you always maintain the right to revoke it, informing us with an e-mail at hr@growplan.gr, mentioning at any time your personal details and the reason you communicated with us. It is explicitly mentioned that any revocation does not breach the legality of processing which was based on the consent given before the revocation.
